This notice describes the data handling built into this project version of the Siam Park website. It does not yet process live bookings, payments or customer accounts.
The project contact is Siam Park, Avenida Siam Park, 1, 38660 Adeje, Tenerife, Spain. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@siampark.example or raised by telephone on +34 922 00 00 00. The operator should confirm its full registered legal identity before production launch.
The site stores your cookie preference and selected ticket basket on your device. If you accept optional analytics, it also stores a limited local queue of basket events: event name, time, language, currency, adult and child quantities, selected offer and basket value.
The demo checkout asks for a name, email address and telephone number only to demonstrate the form. Those contact details remain in the form while the page is open; this version does not submit them to a server, add them to analytics or persist them in browser storage. No payment-card details or account credentials are requested. A live booking service requires an updated notice and confirmed processing terms before launch.
Necessary storage is used to remember and honour your privacy choice. Optional basket analytics is used only with your consent to understand the path from ticket selection to the demo checkout step. You may withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie settings.
The current analytics queue remains in this browser and is not sent to an external analytics provider. It is limited to the latest 100 events and is removed when analytics consent is withdrawn or browser data is cleared. The consent record remains until it is replaced, removed or its schema changes.
A production host may create ordinary security and access logs. The operator must document the actual host, recipients, retention periods and any international transfers before launch.
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR rights can include information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may contact the project using the details above and may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
This version does not create customer profiles, make automated decisions with legal effects or deliberately collect children’s personal data. Adult supervision remains necessary throughout the real-world park visit.
The notice must be updated when analytics, payments, booking forms, processors or retention rules change. The date above identifies this version.
